1. Domain Name
Registration & Web Hosting
The first step is to check availability and register your domain name (yourcompany.com). Registering your domain will link it to
a web hosting service. When a user types in "yourcompany.com" it will now link to a page at the hosting server.
The Hosting Server is basically a computer connected to the internet. Servers are owned by hosting companies which monitor and maintain internet connectivity to these servers 24 hours a day. We will rent a portion of a server for your web site to be reside and be accessed, the purpose of a hosting plan.
2.
Purpose of the Web Site
How will it look and function. How will you quantify the return on investment. What reports you will receive.
3. Web Site Development
Work begins on creating the design and layout you've chosen.
From start to finish you will be able to monitor and adjust your web site by viewing it on a non-public platform.
4.
Search Engine Optimization
Registering your new site with a search engine, depending on how quickly you want your site indexed by that search engines, can range from free to thousands of dollars.
We believe the best search engine optimization approach is to give constant attention to how easily search engines will interpret and index your new web site. This attention is needed during the design and construction of your site. Ease of interpretation allows a relatively quick and concise interpretation and indexing of your site by search engines, usually in a week or 10 days. Best of all, this approach results in no additional costs to you.
5. Web Site Updates
Updating your site's content is key to maintaining visitors.
The latest photos and content of spec homes and plans avoids alienating a potential customer when they decide to call, email or visit.
Your web site will can be designed to allow your employees to login and update content as needed
with no update charges, or you can request timely updates at very little or no
cost.
My only goal in our relationship is to help you sell homes.
